Tech Tip #214: Rescuing a CD/DVD Stuck in Your Computer

Did you know that if you have a CD/DVD stuck in your computer's drive or the eject button is not working, you can "force" it to open.  If you look closely on your drive, there is a tiny hole located somewhere on the drive.  If you take a paperclip, unwind it, insert it into the hole and then gently press, you will feel the locking mechanism on the drive let go and it will open.

Yes...a pretty simple tip, but one I have used many times over the years!
